Whether you’re looking for a few snacks to tide you over before popping out for a show at The New Space Theatre, or keen to try as many of the chef Jonathan Japha’s bite-sized creations as you can in one sitting, you’ll be wiling away the time in this cool, slightly industrial spot. The deep-fried goat’s cheese with onion marmalade and a sun-dried tomato biscuit has been top of the tops since Fork’s opening and other decadent highlights include pork rillettes with pickles, and beef fillet and mushroom on croutons.
